On 26 March 2018 the CEC of Russia held its scheduled meeting.

On bonuses

The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation has ruled to index premiums for chairpersons of local commissions in the constituent entities of Russia and members of the CEC of Russia for their active contribution to preparing and holding the presidential election.

“We actively debated this issue and approved the premium for each election commission chairperson,” said Deputy Chairperson of the CEC of Russia Nikolai Bulayev. “The majority of the chairpersons performed their duties conscientiously. Much depended on how scrupulously and professionally they’d organized the work in the region, how they’d interacted with the territorial and district commissions.”
